I just wanted to share yet another photo with everyone, We get a humming bird show nightly. It is quite exciting as I do believe they wait for us to come outside so they can buzz around and put on a show for us. I fill my feeders (5) almost daily. There is usually a bird or two at each feeder. This one well there is 7. Guess I need a bigger feeder.

Monday
"God had a hand in it and I asked him to heal it and that it was in his hands now". Later in the day I went out to see the bird to see how it was doing, It was like she was waiting for me to come out and see how she was cause when I came out I said how are you doing little one, gave it a little pet and off it flew and said, I am ok, I am off now, and it flew away... Hope it returns to the feeders and brings it's little ones with.

Wildflowers
Evening Grosbeak

Very beautiful birds, and full of song. Very vocal. I have a hard time to keep these birds in food as they will eat you out of house and home if given the chance. The travel in large flocks. I seem to have anywhere from 4 to 6 birds at a time. I still love it, I love the birds and love the chirping.
Now if I could get my humming birds to share.....

I finally saw my first humming bird for the season. Brave little guy... I have about 5 feeders up. Got to keep those little birds fed as it is still chilly here. I make my own food as it is just as good or better than the store bought, no red colouring in my feed...
Humming bird food.
1 Cup Sugar
4 Cups Water
Bring this to a boil and let it cool,
Pour into bird feeders and watch the little guys eat.
I had many birds last year, hope to have even more this year.
This picture was taken last year. I found this little one in the house we were building. He could not get out so I picked him up and took him to a feeder to try to revive him. What an amazing feeling it was to hold something so tiny and watch it feed. He did survive, must have told his friends as we had a lot of birds last year.
